Women’s Mental Health Services in Florida
Compassionate Psychiatry for Every Chapter of Womanhood – From Fertility to Midlife
Whether you’re planning for a baby, navigating new motherhood, or facing midlife changes, your mental health matters. I offer virtual, whole-body psychiatric care for women across Florida, designed to help you feel balanced, supported, and empowered at every step.
This page outlines the most common conditions I treat and the specialized services I offer – from pregnancy to perimenopause – so you can feel confident that you’re in the right place.
Conditions I Commonly Treat
Think of your health like a plant. Conventional medicine might trim the damaged leaves (treating symptoms), so that it looks good on the outside, while integrative medicine looks at the roots—what’s happening in the soil, the water, the sunlight—to help the whole plant thrive and bloom.

How It Works: Your Path to Feeling Better
Step 1: Book Your Free Consultation— This quick, no-pressure 15 minute call is a chance to connect, talk through your goals, ask questions, and decide together if we’re a good fit.
Step 2: Schedule Your Initial Evaluation — If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a comprehensive 90-minute intake session where I’ll do a full evaluation and begin crafting your personalized treatment plan. After scheduling, I will send you an intake packet of forms and questionnaires to complete before our first session. This appointment is $385 and includes functional lab testing, in-depth review of your history, current concerns, and holistic care options.
Step 3: Continue Care with Follow-Up Appointments— After your evaluation, we’ll discuss the next best steps—whether that’s individual follow-ups or a complete care package.
After each session, I’ll send you a personalized summary with key takeaways, any treatment updates, and clear next steps. It’s a simple way to help you stay organized, remember what we talked about, and feel confident in your treatment plan—both during and between sessions.
Most women see the greatest results through consistent, ongoing support.

I am in-network with Cigna/Evernorth and Optum/UnitedHealthcare.
The self-pay route is available for anyone seeking comprehensive, integrative support beyond what insurance typically covers. -
Not for my self-pay care packages—you can begin care focused on prevention, optimization, or overall well-being without a formal diagnosis.
If you choose to use insurance (Cigna/Evernorth or Optum/UHC) a documented mental-health diagnosis is required for billing and coverage.
Either way, I welcome all women who are navigating emotional changes or life transitions—even when their experiences don’t fit neatly into a specific label!

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, many women are understandably concerned about medication safety. An integrative approach provides evidence-based, non-pharmacological options such as targeted nutrition, supplements, lifestyle modifications, and therapy techniques to support mental health while minimizing unnecessary medication exposure.
For those who need medication, this approach ensures it is used judiciously and in combination with other supportive strategies.
