Your doctor says your labs are normal. But you don't feel normal.

You've been told everything looks fine. You don't feel fine — and you want to know why.

Standard postpartum labs get read against general ranges. I read yours against what your body has actually been through since birth — iron, thyroid, hormones, and nutrients through a postpartum lens — and give you a clear, written plan for what to do next.

This is for you if you recognize any of this

These aren't just symptoms. They're what happens when postpartum physiology goes unaddressed — and they deserve a real answer.

Your body doesn't feel like yours anymore

The weight, the energy, the hormones — something shifted after birth and hasn't come back.

You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix

You sleep and still wake up tired. It's not just new-mom fatigue — something else is happening.

Anxiety, rage, or numbness appeared after birth and won't leave

It showed up after you had your baby. It didn't exist before. And no one has explained why.

Your labs came back "normal" — but you know something is off

Normal for the general population isn't the same as optimal for your postpartum body. There's a difference.

You feel like you're failing at motherhood because of how you feel

That feeling is real — and it usually isn't about effort. Your body is carrying a physiological load most providers never screen for.

You want to feel like yourself again — for your baby, your partner, yourself

Not in a vague, someday way. You want a specific answer and a real path forward.

Why your labs look “fine” — and why that's not the whole picture

Standard postpartum labs get read against the same reference ranges used for a 40-year-old man, a teenager, or someone who has never been pregnant. They flag disease. They weren't designed to find the functional gaps that develop during pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and recovery.

Iron can look technically “normal” while ferritin is crashed — a common driver of postpartum exhaustion, brain fog, and anxiety that gets dismissed at the OB. Thyroid function shifts dramatically in the 0–12 month window after birth. Hormones don't just bounce back after delivery. Nutrients like B12, D, and folate get drained by pregnancy and breastfeeding and are almost never rechecked.

I read your labs against what your body has actually been through — not a population average. That difference is where the answers are.

What you get — and what it's worth

For $97, you get what most women spend months and multiple appointments trying to piece together.

Finally understand why you feel this way

$250+ value

A clear written summary of what your labs actually mean for your postpartum body — read against optimal ranges, not general ones. Functional lab interpretation like this runs $250+ at integrative clinics.

A real plan, not just numbers on a page

$150–200 value

Integrative recommendations: nutrition, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments calibrated to where you are in your postpartum recovery. A standalone nutrition or supplement consult is typically $150–200.

Months of your time

Specific questions and language to bring to your OB or PCP to advocate for deeper testing or treatment. The right questions can save you 6–12 months of dead-end appointments.

Know what to test next

No more guessing

If any values are borderline or missing, I flag the follow-up labs worth ordering and explain why — so you walk in already knowing what to request.

What I look at

Standard bloodwork from your OB, PCP, or midwife is enough to start. Here's what I'm looking at — and why each one matters specifically in the postpartum window.

Iron + ferritin

Ferritin can be crashed while iron looks "normal." This is one of the most common and overlooked drivers of postpartum exhaustion, brain fog, and anxiety.

Full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3)

Postpartum thyroid shifts are common in the 0–12 month window. TSH alone misses most of them.

Vitamin D, B12, and folate

Pregnancy and breastfeeding drain these. They directly affect mood, energy, and neurological function — and they're almost never rechecked after birth.

Cortisol + inflammation markers

Chronic stress from the newborn period and sleep deprivation leaves a physiological trace that's measurable.

Hormonal panels (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)

The postpartum hormonal crash is real. Labs can quantify it — and show whether you're recovering or still in the pit.

Standard bloodwork from your OB or PCP

Whatever you have, I can work with. If you don't have recent labs, I'll show you how to get them.

What other women are saying

Annabelle was compassionate and completely understanding. I had been seen by two providers three different times with no answers. She guided me to advocate for myself and ask the right questions — and I finally got the right treatment. I'm on week three and can already feel the difference.

Mai

My PCP told me everything looked normal, but I still didn't feel like myself at nine months postpartum. Annabelle did a deep dive and found I was severely depleted in key nutrients affecting my mental health and energy. After following her recommendations, my anxiety became much more manageable and my energy noticeably improved.

Brittney

You deserve a real answer.

Not “your levels are within normal limits.” A real answer — what's happening in your postpartum body, why, and what to do about it.

Common Questions

Do I have to live in Florida?

No — lab review consults are available to clients in all 50 states. Only clinical psychiatry services (medication management, evaluations) require Florida residency.

How far postpartum can I be for this to apply to me?

The postpartum window is longer than most people realize. If you gave birth within the last two years, your body is still in postpartum recovery — hormonally, nutritionally, and physiologically. This review is designed for that entire 0–24 month window.

Would you be considered my provider?

No. This is a non-clinical service and does not establish a patient-provider relationship. I am not your treating clinician for these sessions.

What labs do I need to have before booking?

Any standard bloodwork ordered by your PCP, OB, or midwife works. If you don't have recent labs, I can point you toward options for ordering your own.

Do you review specialty labs like DUTCH or GI-Effects?

Yes — that's what the Deep Dive Add-On is for. You'll need to have already purchased and received the specialty test before booking.
