At Bloom & Balance, I offer non-clinical lab consultations to help you better understand what your labs may be saying about your mood, energy, and hormonal health—so you can feel empowered to take the next steps, wherever you are.

Non-Clinical Services

Consults are open to clients in all states.This is not medical care and does not include diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment plans. HSA/FSA eligible.

Foundations Review — $125

Best for those wanting a second opinion and reviewing standard bloodwork your PCP or OB ordered (CBC, thyroid, nutrient levels, cortisol, etc.)

  • One-time consult

  • Review of submitted labs

  • Written summary with key take aways

  • Recommendations from an integrative approach (lifestyle, nutrition, supplements)

  • Specific questions you can bring to your provider to help advocate for deeper testing or support

  • Suggested follow-up labs to consider if values are borderline

  • Access to discounted pharmaceutical grade supplements

Deep Dive Package — $205

Best for interpreting specialty tests (DUTCH, GI-Effects, Genomind, etc.). Must have already purchased a specialty test to review or plan to purchase through me.

  • Review of one specialty lab

  • One 25 minute follow up (to be used within 3 months of lab review)

  • Extensive client report

  • Individualized recommendations

  • Recorded video going over your functional lab

  • Access to discounted pharmaceutical grade supplements

  • Not available in NY, NJ, RI, & HI.

Follow-Up — $95

For existing clients only. Valid within 6 months of your last lab review.

For clients who have already done a lab review consultation, have implemented the recommendations, and want continuous insights and accountability.

  • 25 minute zoom call

  • Review any new labwork

  • Recommended next steps that build on your previous plan

  • No, I do not review specialist-ordered labs (such as allergy panels, autoimmune antibody panels, cardiac imaging labs, or rheumatologic workups).

    My lab review service is focused on general health markers that impact energy, mood, hormones, and mental well-being—like thyroid, iron, vitamin D, metabolic markers, and nutrient status.

    If you're unsure whether your labs are a fit, feel free to reach out before booking.

  • No—these are non-clinical, wellness-based consultations. Though I am a licensed clinician, I won’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat, but I will give you personalized guidance, education, and next steps to bring to your provider or wellness plan.

  • Nope! Because these are wellness consultations and I am not providing treatment, this service is open to women in any U.S. state (except where certain specialty lab restrictions apply—New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Hawaii).

  • At this time, lab tests are only available as part of a lab review consult. This ensures you receive a personalized, thoughtful interpretation of your results—so you’re not left trying to figure it out alone.

  • It’s simple! After your Foundations Review consult, you will receive personalized recommendations (including a specialty test that would best suit you).
