You don't feel like yourself anymore.
You thought you'd feel better by now. You've done the right things — seen the doctors, tried the apps, pushed through. And you still don't feel like yourself.
If “everything looks normal” but nothing feels normal, you're in the right place.
This is what you work on together — understanding what's actually happening, connecting the dots, and building a plan that's yours.
Does this sound familiar?
“I'm just so tired all the time.”
“I wasn't like this before having a baby.”
“I can't shut my brain off.”
“I don't recognize myself anymore.”
If you've caught yourself saying any of these things, you're not alone — and you're not imagining it.
“Maybe this is just motherhood.”
Many women are told to expect this — but persistent exhaustion, anxiety, and emotional disconnection are symptoms, not facts of life. You deserve a closer look.
“Everyone keeps telling me my labs are normal.”
“Normal” doesn’t always mean optimal. Standard labs often miss the markers most relevant to postpartum mood and energy. There’s more to the story.
“I thought I'd feel better by now.”
Postpartum recovery doesn’t end at six weeks. Hormonal shifts, nutrient depletion, and nervous system stress take time — and healing looks different for every woman.
“I don't recognize myself anymore.”
That feeling is real. And it doesn’t have to stay. Feeling like yourself again is possible — with the right support.
What women who've been where you are say
“I finally feel like I have a plan. For the first time since my daughter was born, I understand what my body is going through and what to do about it.”
— M.T., New York
“I'd been searching for someone who actually understood the postpartum experience — not just the symptoms on a checklist. This was that.”
— S.R., Texas
Why this is different
Why Annabelle is the right person to guide your recovery
I spent years inside psychiatric care — not reading about postpartum depression in a textbook, but actually in the exam rooms. I know how medications work. I know what providers look for, what they miss, and what they wish they had time to say. I've sat across from women who look exactly like you — high-functioning, holding it together on the outside, quietly falling apart on the inside — and watched too many of them leave with a prescription and no real plan.
I built this program because I saw the gap. There are women who aren't sick enough for inpatient care, aren't ready for a therapist, and can't wait 6 weeks for a psychiatrist — but they desperately need someone who actually understands what's happening in their body to look at their life and say: here's what we do next.
You're not looking for a wellness influencer with a certification. You're looking for someone who's actually been inside the system and can tell you — plainly, clearly — what's happening and what to do about it.
That's what this is.
You're not looking for a program. You're looking for someone who finally gets it.
We're not here to hand you a protocol or a supplement list.
We're here to offer:
Clarity. Understanding why you feel this way — not guessing.
Connection. Someone in your corner who sees the full picture.
A personalized roadmap. Not a one-size-fits-all plan — yours.
Someone who understands postpartum. Really understands it.
Once you feel understood, the program and the framework become obvious next steps.
How it works
Restore and Rebalance — the 1:1 work we do together
Guided by a psychiatric PA-C. Built around your life. Designed to get you from surviving to actually recovering.
Holistic, whole-body approach
Your mood, sleep, energy, nervous system, and daily rhythms are all connected. We treat them that way. Not symptom-by-symptom — together.
Practitioner-grade insight, no waitlist
You get the insight of someone who has worked inside psychiatric medicine — without the 6-week waitlist, the diagnosis requirement, or a $350 evaluation fee.
A real plan, not generic advice
You leave every session with something concrete. By the end of month one, you’ll have a personalized Recovery Roadmap built around your life — not a generic handout.
Imagine waking up with enough energy to enjoy your baby instead of simply making it through the day.
Imagine laughing with your kids without wondering what’s wrong with you.
Imagine understanding your body instead of constantly guessing.
Imagine feeling like yourself again.
These aren't distant goals. They're what happens when you finally get the support that addresses what's actually going on.

Who this is built for
You’re 6 weeks to 24 months postpartum (or 6 months post-loss)
You’re not in acute crisis — but you’re not okay either
You live outside of Florida (FL residents: we see you in the practice — apply through the main portal)
You’re done with generic. You want a plan from someone who actually knows.
“I wasn't in crisis but I wasn't okay. Six months after my son was born, I still didn't feel like myself. This gave me a real answer — not just ‘it's normal new-mom stuff.’”
— L.M., Georgia
“The waitlist at every psychiatrist in my area was 6–8 weeks. I needed help now. Getting someone with real clinical knowledge on my side — without the waitlist — changed everything.”
— J.K., Colorado
Meet Annabelle
Annabelle Carney, PA-C
Annabelle Carney is a board-certified PA-C with years of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric experience. She's sat across from thousands of postpartum women — and watched too many of them leave without the answers or the plan they came in hoping for.
She built Bloom & Balance Psychiatry to change that — first as a virtual psychiatric practice serving Florida women, and now with a national recovery program for women who need guided, personalized support outside of a clinical setting.
She knows what providers miss. She knows what medications do and don't do. And she knows that for most postpartum women, what they actually need isn't another prescription — it's clarity, structure, and someone who really knows what they're talking about in their corner.
This is the thing she wishes every postpartum woman had access to.
Your recovery deserves a real plan.
Apply now. No diagnosis required. No waitlist. Spots are limited.
